Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Full-Time | Weekdays Only
Territory: Saline • Ann Arbor • Dexter
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Be DoingProvide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Follow individualized Plans of Care and communicate patient progress or changes promptly
Support patients in improving mobility, balance, endurance, and overall function
Instruct patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and adaptive equipment
Document care accurately while adhering to state regulations and physician orders
Perform hands-on, physical work including transfers and patient assistance
Participate in flexible scheduling or occasional on-call needs as required
Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active PTA license in the state of Michigan
Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Comfortable traveling within the local service area
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and movement
