Surgery Schedule:Monday Friday 7am to 3pm; Plus Call RotationTypes of Cases:Bread & ButterOB; EpiduralsSpinals/RegionalsOrthoHeadsPlasticsNo HeartsNo PedsNo Pain ManagementDetails:Medically SupervisedCurrent IL LicenseHospital Setting2 different Worksites6 15 cases per day (8 hour shift). Credentialing timeframe 60-90 DaysSalary Range: $200K - $250K
