Locums Psychiatrist, inpatient behavioral health; scheduled clinical hours plus in-house call; North Carolina; locum tenens contract (short- to mid-term) with weekly pay and recruiter support. - MD/DO Psychiatry license valid in NC (or ability to obtain) - ECT experience required - ACLS and BLS certifications - Experience in acute, long-term, and sub-acute psychiatric units - Comfortable with callbacks/phone consults and shared rounds with FNP

  • Scheduled clinical hours plus in-house call coverage
  • Average 5 - 8 patients per day split with FNP
  • 14-bed behavioral health unit
  • Mental health FNP available for shared rounds
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Average 3 call backs per 24 hours with 8 phone consults
  • Includes acute, long-term, and sub-acute psychiatric units
  • ECT experience required
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
