- Schedule: 24-hour call only

- Types of Cases: Obstetrics and Gynecology cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MediTech / Athena
- Certifications Required: Board Certified
- Licensure Required: Active Kentucky License
