Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Ohio state license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with geriatric population and post-acute care documentation standards.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records used in long-term care settings is preferred.
