FNP or PA needed in San Rafael, CA
About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate provider with at least 3 years of hands-on primary care clinical experience to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population.
- Consulting with staff physicians as needed.
- Prescribing medications, treatment plans, and other necessary pharmaceuticals within the scope of practice.
- Referring patients to specialists and coordinating appropriate follow-up care.
- Overseeing and coordinating patient care activities with nursing and support staff.
- Adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, including quality improvement, safety, and infection control standards.
- Participating in health promotion, education, and prevention programs as appropriate.
- Assisting in performance improvement initiatives such as quality assurance, peer review, and staff development.
- Maintaining professional relationships with staff and patients.
- Supporting the coordination and integration of clinic outreach programs under the direction of the Medical Director.
- Performing other duties as necessary to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 signing bonus for select applicants (terms apply).
- Competitive salary range: $135,000 $160,000 per year.
