Job Description: Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics) Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Phone call coverage once every 70 days (RN triage takes first call). Telemedicine coverage for 2"3 hours on weekends once every 3 months Supported from hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance Optionally participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students Opportunity for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles Flexible schedule options are available (4 or 5 day week); preference for candidates open to a full-time, outpatient setting with shared call rotation. Preference for candidates interested in long-term commitment to the practice. Availability to start upon credentialing. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $250,000 to $260,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
