TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon for a full-time position in Greenville, North Carolina. Surgeons with interests in general plastics, reconstructive surgery, or post-residency fellowship training in hand surgery are encouraged to apply. This role offers a full spectrum of reconstructive plastic surgery at a major trauma referral center and access to an outstanding outpatient surgery center.

Team: Established practice with four surgeons and five advanced practice providers
Hospital Setting: Level 1 trauma center with a large surgical referral network
Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum reconstructive plastic surgery + optional hand surgery focus
Surgery Centers: Access to a nationally recognized ambulatory surgery center
Support: Dedicated OR block time + resident support available
