Candidate Requirements
- Must have active CA licensure prior to submission
- Minimum Board Status: Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Active DEA required prior to start
- Required Certifications: BLS, PALS
- The following immunizations are required for credentialing (Prior to start): Flu Vaccine, TB status/X-ray Results (Must be within 90 days of start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (Must be within the last 10 years) (Covid-19 Vaccination and Booster no longer required)
Job Details
- Includes some chronic pain management
- Chart closure within 72 hours
- Patients Per Day: 18 (Mix of peds/adults)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Decision Typically made within 7-14 days
- EMR: Epic
Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $175/hr.
