- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations within the specialty
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
- Document all patient interactions and clinical findings accurately
- Adhere to best practices and established protocols in hematology and oncology
Additional Information
- Active Indiana nurse practitioner license required
- Board certifications in Hematology and Medical Oncology required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
