Fox Hospital in Oneonta, NY & Bassett MC in Cooperstown, NYHematology/Oncology Physician NeededMust Have Active NY LicenseMax Bill Rates: $5,600 to $5,800/dayStart Date: 4/6/2026End Date: ongoing/until full-time hireWork Schedule: 40 hours/weekSetting: Outpatient onlyTeam Composition: 1 MD to 1 NP onsite. Support staff includes NP to nursingPatient Details:Volume: 12 to 15 patients/day (varies by patient mix)Case Mix: ~80% Oncology to ~20% HematologyHematology Scope: Includes both benign to malignant casesProcedures/Skills:Bone marrow procedures are a plus (most handled by IR)Credentialing & Requirements:No temporary privileges grantedMSO processing timeframe: ~120 days (urgent need flagged with credentialing team)Immunization record requiredFlu vaccine or declinationNegative TB or QuantiFERON Gold test within 1 year of startBoard Certification requiredEMR: EPIC
