Seeking full-time hospitalist/nocturnist to work seven on and seven offs. This position covers both day and night shifts. The day and night rotation is flexible.
- As a Hospitalist Physician in our community hospital, you will be pivotal in delivering comprehensive medical care to our patients. You will provide high-quality inpatient care, manage acute medical conditions, coordinate with specialists, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team. - Hospitalists will cover patients primarily in the ICU and medical-surgical units.
- The average day shift patient encounters are 16 patients.
- An APP partner supports the day shift.
- Six physician partners practicing locally to allow flexibility in scheduling
- Internal Medicine, Hospitalist Residency, or Family Medicine with Hospitalist experience
- COMPENSATION: $337,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
