Join a supported hospitalist team with H‑1B sponsorship available. Permanent Hospitalist role in Wanatah, IN. Schedule: 7 on/7 off with Day (7am–7pm, 146 shifts/yr), Swing (2pm–10pm, 12 shifts/yr), Night (7pm–7am, 24 shifts/yr). Limited ICU; all admissions require Pulm/Critical Care consults. Respond to code blue/rapid response. - Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine - ACLS and BLS required - Able to perform or willing to learn central lines and intubation - Comfortable in limited ICU setting with consultative support - Eligible for H‑1B sponsorship if needed
