- Rehab/ECF facility: Monday to Sunday 7a-5p
- Call Schedule: must be available for phone calls 5p-7a
- Percentage of Practice: Adult Inpatient - 100%
- PM&R: Sports/Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%
- Average number of patients per day: 14
