Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule5x8 hour days, dayshift Monday-Friday. Start time is rotating, could be 6:30 am, 7:00 am, 7:30 am, or 8:30 am. Call on a rotational basis, weekend call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 7:30 pm - 7:30 am. Call during the week would be one night on a rotational basis, 7:30 pm - 7:15 am.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Nurse to provide high-quality care for patients undergoing interventional procedures. Our nurses are responsible for preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care. They administer moderate sedation and monitor patients during procedures, but are not required to scrub on procedures.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients before, during, and after interventional procedures.
- Administer moderate sedation and monitor patient vital signs throughout the procedure.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- At least one year of experience in Interventional Radiology nursing.
- Graduate from an accredited Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
