Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) provide anesthesia care as integral members of the Anesthesia Care Team across multiple surgical specialties including transplant, trauma, neurosurgery, and orthopedics. They work under medical supervision and do not perform regional anesthesia or supervise mid-level providers. The position offers flexible scheduling across several hospital campuses and ambulatory surgery centers without on-call duties.
CRNAs function as integrated members of the Anesthesia Care Team under medical supervision
Case Mix Includes:
Transplant
ENT
Trauma
Neurosurgery
Cardiac
Orthopedics
CRNAs do not perform regionals (physicians handle all regional anesthesia)
No AAs in the practice
CRNAs will not supervise mid-levels

UNIV University Campus (Worcester) Level 1 Trauma
Memorial Campus: 16 ORs
University Campus: 13 ORs + NORA sites
Marlboro, Hahnemann, ASC: 8 ORs each
Typically 8 12 CRNAs scheduled per shift
No call required
Flexible start/stop times 24/7 scheduling
Shift Options: 12-hour, 16-hour, 18-hour, or 24-hour shifts
