Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Med-Surg/Telemetry Nurse to join our team at the Barberton campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry and experience with a variety of medical patient care, including cardiovascular and neurological treatments. This position requires candidates to be proficient in ACLS, BLS, and NIH protocols. You will be providing care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring and other specialized care such as progressive care level treatments, including medication drips and frequent NIH assessments.

Unit Overview:

• 24-bed Med-Surg/Tele unit.
• Primary care for medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring.
• Patient population includes cardiovascular, neurological, and isolation patients (e.g., COVID).
• Nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5/6.

Requirements:

• BSN .
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Certifications:
• ACLS
• BLS
• NIH Stroke Certification

• Epic Experience
