At least 1 year of SNF experience and NetHealth (Rehab Optima) knowledge would be preferred. CA license must be currently active. Hourly rate could be different without SNF experience. Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. License:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of CA. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
