Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Details

• Schedule: 5 days/week; will most likely work weekends at first.8-9 hours per day.
• Start times: Either between 3:30 AM - 8 AM, OR 12:20 PM - 8PM.

• Pay: $21/hr

• Route Type:Local

• Freight / Load Type:Groceries

• Equipment: Refrigerated box truck

• Handling:Load and unload grocery deliveries by hand or with hand cart

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver MinimumRequirements:

• License:Non-CDL

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

• Equipment Experience:Box truck

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Non-CDL Box Truck DriverResponsibilities:

• Safelyoperatea refrigerated box truckonlocal routes

• Transport groceries in accordance withDOT and company safety standards

• Perform required handling tasks including loading and unloading the truck by hand or with hand carts

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintainaccuratelogs and paperwork

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including loading and unloading deliveries by hand or with hand carts
