The Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner provides direct outpatient care to adult patients with malignant and benign hematology and oncology conditions at an infusion center. This role requires an active nursing license in Connecticut and experience in hematology/oncology, providing weekday coverage without weekend or holiday shifts.

• Licenses: Active Connecticut license
• Experience: Hematology Oncology experience required; must be comfortable with outpatient infusion care
• Other Qualifications: Strong preference for APPs who can manage benign hematology independently

• Provide direct patient care to Hem/Onc patients in an outpatient setting
• Independently manage benign hematology cases if qualified
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and infusion center staff
• Document clinical care per facility standards
• Deliver consistent weekday coverage with no weekends or holiday expectations
