Position Summary:
The RN is responsible for providing the perioperative care of the surgical patient in the OR through the use of the nursing process. The nursing process is defined as the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care pertinent to the individual patient.
***$10,000.00 Sign On Bonus and relocation assistance with a minimum two years experience in the Operating Room. Two year commitment is required. Former CVMC employees who left within one year not eligible for sign on bonus and relocation***
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
- Must have an active Arizona or Compact RN License.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
- Must obtain ACLS and CPR within 90 days of hire.
