Compensation Package: Travel contract: $76/hr - Local contract: $70/hr

Job Title: Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Cardiology)
Shift: Mon-Fri/Days
Location: BronxCare Health System, NY
Job Overview:
Perform nuclear medicine procedures with a focus on cardiac imaging under the supervision of the Director or Senior Technologist. This includes administering radiopharmaceuticals, conducting stress tests, and operating imaging equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radionuclide procedures including exercise and pharmacological stress tests
- Prepare and position patients for imaging
- Administer radioactive tracers and calibrate equipment
- Maintain records per safety and regulatory guidelines
- Support quality assurance and training of new staff
- Collaborate professionally with patients and clinical team
Qualifications:
- NY State License required
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nuclear cardiac imaging
- Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine or related field preferred
- Computer literacy required
