Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, ID, a Level III Trauma center, serves the region in providing the highest quality, close-to-home care for ill and injured patients of the west-central Treasure Valley. Wide array of cases to include General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Urologic, and Trauma, with potential to rotate to regional trauma center where cases can additionally include Neuro, Vascular, ENT, and Cardiac. There are no complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. This is a hospital employed W-2 position.

Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio.

Requirements:

• Completion of a graduate program.
• Certified through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
