Provide inpatient psychiatric care remotely through a structured telepsychiatry program with flexible scheduling and full malpractice coverage.

Alina Telehealth is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) licensed in Missouri to provide remote inpatient and emergency department psychiatric consult coverage. This role offers schedule flexibility, clinical autonomy, and collaboration with a supportive, multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

Providers with multi-state licensure are encouraged to apply as the program continues to expand.

Alina Telehealth is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible PMHNP licensed in Missouri to provide remote inpatient and ED psychiatric consult coverage.

This is a fully remote telepsychiatry role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multi-state care model.

• Role: Inpatient Telepsychiatry PMHNP

• Coverage Type: Inpatient units & Emergency Department consults

• Work Format: Fully remote (telepsychiatry)

• Schedule Options:

  • 24-hour shifts or

  • 12-hour shifts (day and night)

• Scheduling Model: Flexible rotation

• Minimum Preference: 2 shifts per week

• Consult Volume: Approximately consults per month (may vary based on census)

• EMR: Cerner (training provided)

• Conduct telepsychiatry consults for inpatient and ED patients

• Perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care

• Collaborate with supervising physicians for oversight and case review

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in Cerner

• Respond promptly to consultation requests during assigned shifts

• Active and unrestricted Missouri PMHNP license

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible PMHNP

• Active DEA license

• Prior inpatient psychiatry and/or telepsychiatry experience preferred

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as the program expands

  • Potential expansion states include PA, ME, OH, TX, IN, KS

• Fully remote inpatient telepsychiatry role

• Flexible 1099 scheduling
