The Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner provides advanced clinical care specializing in medical aesthetics, including cosmetic injectable treatments, hormone replacement therapy, and regenerative therapies. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, administering therapies, and patient education to promote wellness and optimize outcomes. The role requires a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in cosmetic injectables and proficiency in clinical and administrative duties within a medical setting.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in medical aesthetics and a strong commitment to delivering superior patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services
Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, and other dermal fillers
Administer medical weight loss protocols and hormone replacement therapy, including pellet insertion
Provide regenerative treatments such as PRP and stem cell therapies
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans
Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
Patient Care & Education
Deliver professional consultations to assess patient goals and recommend appropriate treatments
Provide preventive health guidance, including vitamin and supplement recommendations
Extend wellness education and lifestyle counseling to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Administrative Duties
Document all patient interactions accurately in the EMR system
Communicate effectively with supervising physicians regarding patient care
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
Demonstrate proficiency in emergency response protocols
Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
2-3 years of experience performing cosmetic injections in a medical aesthetic setting
Certification in cosmetic injectables
Valid DEA and DPS licenses
Master's degree in Health Sciences or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with bioidentical hormone therapy and pellet insertion
Background in medical weight loss program implementation
Knowledge of regenerative medicine practices
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Structure
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission ($180k OTE)
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday
No weekend requirements
