- Compensation: $78,000 / year

What You’ll Do
- Lead FOH + kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety + quality
- Manage cost controls + budgets

- Run systems, scheduling, merchandising
- Solve problems, forecast, report
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service leadership required
- Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant w/ bar management required
- Computer + POS system proficiency
- Strong organizational and people skills
- Culinary background is a plus
- Able to interact across all levels (executives to hourly team)
