The Data Acquisition Manager leads the American team in collecting and validating highly precise vehicle data through structured test plans and performance evaluations. This role involves managing validation schedules, analyzing deviations, identifying malfunctions, and standardizing test procedures to support vehicle development projects. Success in this position is critical to enabling timely market launches of new vehicle models.
Mission Description
Vehicle validation is a critical phase in the vehicle development process. To achieve this, we collect highly precise data from fleet driving sessions. Currently, data acquisition methods vary between regions. The Data Acquisition Manager will be responsible for establishing the American team, mirroring the structure and processes already in place in Europe. This project represents a significant challenge, as the company’s ability to launch new vehicle projects to market depends on its success.
The team’s mission will include:
- Designing and executing test plans and scenarios tailored to vehicle project requirements.
- Managing validation schedules and leading the progress of test campaigns.
- Performing functional and performance tests within the defined scope.
- Analyzing performance deviations from specifications.
- Identifying anomalies and malfunctions detected during tests.
- Automating and standardizing test procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Drafting test reports, summaries, and analysis documents.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables.
