This locum tenens hospitalist position in North Carolina requires an active NC medical license and board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds. Responsibilities include managing a shared patient census of 30-35, responding to hospital codes, and performing essential procedures such as vent management, intubations, and EKG interpretation. Additional preferred skills include central and arterial line placements and other bedside interventions, with an active ACLS certification necessary.
