Full description

Our client, an independent teaching hospital at the forefront of innovative medicine, is hiring an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for their ambulatory clinic practices. The ideal candidate will be Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide traditional outpatient primary care focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of both common and complex diseases
  • 100% Outpatient, Ambulatory
  • Busy multispecialty location
  • M-F no nights, no weekends

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or foreign equivalent
  • Completion of post graduate medical training from a U.S. accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Experienced providers and new residents will be considered
  • BE/BC in Internal or Family Medicine
  • New York State license, unrestricted
  • Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
  • BLS or ACLS required
  • Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written
