- M-W-F: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
- T-Th: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (may stay later if needed for non-cardiac cases or if cardiac cases are unfinished)

Position Details:
- Patient Population: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric
- Setting: Hospital
- Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia for general cases, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, neuro, ortho, pediatric, and OB cases.
- Oversee CRNAs.
- Provide cardiac surgeries and cardiac call Monday Thursday.
- General weekend call: 6 weekends per year and one holiday per year.
- Help cover general cases if no cardiac cases are scheduled.
- Required Procedures: Must be fellowship-trained in Cardiac Anesthesiology and TEE Certified.
- EMR System: Cerner (transitioning to EPIC, some paper documentation)
- Support Staff: 7 Physicians, 12 CRNAs
- Days Per Month: Varies based on schedule
- On-Call/Weekends: General weekend call (6 weekends/year, 1 holiday/year)
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Anesthesiology (Required)
- Iowa license or IMLC (Required)
- TEE Certification (Required)
- Iowa CSR (Required)
- DEA Verbal Confirmation (Required)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (Required)
