Geriatrician Position Details:
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time Geriatrician in Connecticut. You will join a well-established and comprehensive Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based Geriatric consults.
Role: Geriatrician (Fellowship trained)
Location: Connecticut (several location options to choose from throughout the state)
Setting: 100% Geriatrics (option of OP consults, IP consults, SNF care, home care or a combo of two or more)
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
