Dedicated Trauma Room: Be prepared to handle critical injuries with a fully equipped trauma room designed for optimal patient care. Manageable Patient Volume: Maintain a manageable patient load with an average of 1.3 patients per hour, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care to each individual. 24/7 Physician Coverage: Guarantee uninterrupted patient care with physician coverage around the clock. Efficient Workflow: Benefit from a streamlined workflow with 12 private exam rooms to ensure patient comfort and confidentiality during evaluations. On-Site Laboratory Services: Access on-site laboratory services for prompt test results and informed treatment decisions. Who You Are Board certified in Emergency Medicine (BC/EM) or board certified in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine (BC/FM or BC/IM) with a minimum of 3 years of direct emergency department experience. Active Florida medical license is mandatory. Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required.
