Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care practice. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care, promoting wellness, and managing chronic and acute conditions in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations and review medical histories

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, X-rays)

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions

• Prescribe medications and develop patient care plans

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license MI

• Experience in a primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine setting

• Proficient in using EMR systems

• Strong communication, organizational, and diagnostic skills

• Team-oriented with a patient-first approach
