Arc Health is seeking two certified Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our team approximately 20 miles southeast of Bemidji, MN a vibrant small lake community nestled in the Chippewa National Forest. This federally operated Critical Access Hospital and Outpatient Clinic supports the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe and neighboring communities with comprehensive healthcare services.
What You ll Do:
Provide full-spectrum primary care and urgent care services, seeing patients/day in the Primary Care Clinic or floating between Primary Care and Same Day Clinics with urgent care volumes of patients/day.
Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage (I&D) in a supportive environment.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, dental, behavioral health, and rehabilitation teams.
Use RPMS EMR system (training provided).
Your Schedule & Location:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, no on-call duties.

Located about a 4-hour drive northwest of Minneapolis St. Paul, served by Bemidji Regional Airport with daily commercial flights.
Qualifications:
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with certification in Family Medicine or Urgent Care.
Licensed to practice in any US state, with BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
DEA license for prescribing required.
Experience in primary care and urgent care with strong procedural skills.
Comfortable treating all age groups.
Commitment to culturally sensitive, mission-driven care for Native communities.
Ready to start immediately upon credentialing.
Compensation & Benefits:
$95 Hourly
Housing and travel expenses covered (options for local rentals or Airbnb).
Malpractice insurance provided.
Minimum 13-week assignment.
