Licensed PTA needed at Napa Valley Care Center. Napa Valley Care Center is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Napa, CA. We are dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services to all who enter our doors. Possible float to Napa Post Acute may be needed, which is within walking distance (705 Trancas Street, Napa, CA 94558).
