- Call only coverage with 24-hour shifts from 7am to 7am
- Less than 20 patients per shift with approximately 15 patients seen per 24 hours
- In-house call coverage required
- Arthroscopy and total joint replacement procedures required
- Hip and knee procedures required
- Call ratio of 1:4 with less than 25% callback rate
- Less than 10 admissions per 24-hour period
- Phone consults required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
