Travel rates:
48 hours per week (More than 50 miles from the facility)
$35/hour (40 Regular hours) $1,400
$52.50/OT (8 Overtime hours) $420
Meal Allowance: $130/day ($910/week)
Lodging Reimbursement: $190/day ($1,330/week)
$4,060 gross per week
