Salary range: $41.50-55.39/hr (DOE)

Responsibilities
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy care, including assessments, individualized treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
Lead and supervise patient care activities while ensuring safe, high-quality treatment delivery.
Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, emotional, and recovery needs.
Document progress, address concerns, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
Support patients through all stages of their rehabilitation journey and celebrate their progress along the way.
Qualifications
Current AZ state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience considered.
Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a passion for providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
Relocation assistance: $3K
Sign on bonus: $10K (1 yr commitment- $2500 paid every quarter the first
year)
