Duties & Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based, engaging activities.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED (required).
Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
Consistent afternoon and evening availability.
Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to applying.
Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days to receive sign-on bonus).
