Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule
30 weekly productivity units expected
Home health setting with visits to patient homes and assisted living
No on-call required
2-3 years physical therapy experience preferred
Home health experience required
Documentation due within 24 hours
13 week assignment length

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
