Requirements:
- 1+ year home health OT experience (2 years preferred)
- BLS, state OT license
- OASIS training preferred
- Familiarity with med/surg, cardiac, ortho, post-surgical, neuro, respiratory, trauma, and ADL patients
- COVID vaccination required (with exemptions allowed), flu shot or mask compliance
