Froedtert ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician w/OB & C-Section for our Berlin, WI location. Today, the river offers recreation and family fun in each of the four seasons.
Riverside Park spans 38 acres and boasts a boat launch and fishing piers, a campground along its shores, and a frisbee golf course among other things. It is one of eight parks within the city boundaries, including three located along the river. In the winter, the river is part of the snowmobile trail throughout the area. Hiking, biking, or cross-country skiing along the Mascoutin Trail takes you through part of Green Lake County. Practice Highlights:
- Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine w/OB and C-Section, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
- 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
- Join an established team of 4 physicians and 6 APCs
- Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
Call Rotation: Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

- Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
- Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
