Work Details: Number of Operating Rooms (ORs): 11 in the main OR 2 in the ambulatory center Patients per Day: 50-60 cases per day across multiple specialties Department Description: Includes orthopedic, orthopedic trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy cases. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner and SaAnesthesia Hospital Bed Size: 317 beds Case/Procedure Experience: Must have recent hospital experience Interview Process: Candidates will be interviewed via phone. Requirements: Board Certification: Must be a CRNA certified by NBCRNA License Required: Must hold an active Arizona state license or IMLC license DEA Registration: Required Certifications: Must have either Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Experience: Minimum recent experience in hospital settings is required.
