-Will serve as Medical Director for 4 Long Term Care Facilities and 4 Assisted Living Facilities in the Fort Wayne Area and serve as the Supervising Physician for 5 Geriatric Focused Nurse Practitioners to assist in Providing Regulatory Rounds and Acute Visits.-Schedule is variable, but 40 hours per week.-About 10 PPD-Would prefer experience with Post Acute Care-Looking ASAP -EMR: Epic-BC, or have the intent on being BC-No J1 or H1, loan reimbursement negotiable-Competitive Base Salary, plus Sign-on, Quality, Productivity bonuses-Full benefits
