Primary Care Physician - Outpatient Only Rialto, CA

Are you looking for a stable, outpatient-only position with great work-life balance and a strong support team? A well-established clinic in Rialto, California is looking for a Primary Care Physician to step into a busy, existing patient panel after one of their providers recently gave notice.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role (8 AM - 5 PM) with no weekends and only minimal phone call (shared rotation, about twice a month). You'll have the backing of midlevel providers and another physician - so you're never working alone.

• Outpatient-only practice - no inpatient or hospital rounding
• Manageable patient volumes (average 20-25 patients/day)
• Support from experienced NPs and PAs
• Adult and senior-focused practice, with flexibility to see pediatrics if desired
• Collaborative environment that values teamwork and continuity of care

• $280,000-$325,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
• Relocation assistance: up to $10,000
• Sign-on bonus: available depending on candidate (negotiable)
• CME: $2,500 annually + 4 weeks of paid time off

• Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
