Job Title: Urologist (MD/DO)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Urologist to provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with urologic conditions. The Urologist will deliver both surgical and non-surgical care for disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of urologic conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and urologic cancers.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical interventions, medication management, and minimally invasive procedures.
Perform urologic surgeries, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open procedures, as appropriate.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up management.
Collaborate with primary care providers, oncologists, nephrologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
Document patient encounters accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing medical education.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited residency in Urology.
Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
Active medical license to practice in the state of employment.
Strong surgical and clinical skills, clinical judgment, and communication abilities.
