Physicians work in a quality-over-quantity model, seeing around 18-20 patients per day and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address patients' physical, mental, and social health. Position Highlights
- We are looking for Full-Time or Part Time Physicians to join our team
- Quality vs. Quantity Model – Typically see around 18 - 20 patients per day
- Scheduled weekly administrative time, ~40 mins baked into each day
- 40 min new pt visits, 20 min follow up pt visits
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers
- Dedicated support staff, so clinicians can focus on practicing at full scope of license
- This position does not require call or urgent care shifts, outpatient only
- Urgent care shifts are optional for additional pay, not required
- Office hours: Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM, no nights or weekends

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
- Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment
- Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in managed care setting preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Open to new grads!
California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $237,361 to $331,688. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
