Job Title: Locum to Perm Otolaryngologist

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care in a dynamic clinical setting.
- Manage clinic hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Perform all ENT services and procedures as required.
- Oversee a patient load of 30 or more daily, ensuring high-quality care.
- Participate in the call schedule, providing availability for on-call shifts.
- Collaborate with ancillary staff and a 1:1 Nurse-Physician ratio.
- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records.
- Contribute to the education and training of new medical professionals.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology (Required).
- Active Iowa Medical License or active IMLC (Required).
- Full-time availability (Required).
- Previous experience in Otolaryngology (Required).
- Clean malpractice and background verification (Required).
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology.
- Active Iowa Medical License or IMLC.
