- Practice specializes in Metabolic Medicine, Thyroid, Diabetes and Endocrinology.
- Patient education position mainly via phone, also include in person education for glucose meters, Ozempic shot instructions etc., confirming prior authorization, calling in refills, lab orders etc.
- EPIC EMR experience is REQUIRED
- Phone triage
