Compensation & Benefits:
- Productivity-based model (Fee-for-Service)
- Estimated income range: $296,000 $345,000 annually with no cap on monthly bonuses

Candidate Requirements:
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Minimum of 1-year primary care experience
